The pool area is the best part of the landscape, you can see the pergola (which is fully waterproof) with a lantern, mock candles and a wall that works with a single switch.

Background
This Dubai villa transformation began when renowned film director Aws Al Sharqi contacted us via our website.
The property was built many years ago and had an existing pool, a landscape and an area of tiling done with the use of very old sand stones. Milestone were appointed to reconstruct and fully renovate his home into a modern contemporary villa.
In this project we had to change the location of the pool. In order to do so, we had to remove the old pool and reconstruct it in the new location to save space and create a new dining and sitting area .
The Project
The focal point of this Dubai villa transformation was the outdoor area, Aws Al Sharqi wanted to totally renovate the area as they did not enjoy the Sunken seating area – so we built a new dining area close to the barbecue area.
The main entrance door of the villa consists of a panel of wood and hanging lights in a very modern style. We also did the complete tiling at the entrance.
We created a welcoming modern water feature and inserted lights into the panels surrounding it. The design is very appealing design thanks to the LED lights and tiling which make the entrance inviting and welcoming.
When you enter the property, the entire flooring of the villa has been changed from the wood plastic composite flooring to a more robust tiled area.
There is a huge water feature with lights, we have accentuated it with color changing lights and modernized it with higher quality materials. We also completely revamped the waterproofing and created a new look to the existing water feature.
When you go to the pathway, you can see the water feature has been modified with three spouts. It’s a very neat and clean design with color tiles and a 10 x 5 meter swimming pool.
There are nozzles spouting water into the pool with color changing lights and a water feature with fire that passes water into the existing pool.
On the left side of the pool, the existing pergolas attached to the property were revamped by polishing the material and changing the lights.
We also added elegant outdoor furniture by installing gliders were installed. We also added new potted plants and created another seating area with a table and concrete chairs.
The Result
There is a granite dining table accompanying a solid veranda with dining chairs, a bench and a barbeque counter.
I thoroughly enjoyed working on this unique Dubai villa transformation and Aws Al Sharqi was delighted with the end result.
